In this industry the ability to trouble shoot and roll with the punches is critical.

One of our Event Producers, Ashley Dimond, was recently asked to do an event for Red Bull. Regional Managers of Red Bull asked that the event was to be on the beach and set up as a sport tournament, to create competition and camaraderie between employees, which also needed to include all other events throughout the week as well.

After thinking about it, Ashley determined that football would be the perfect tournament to play at the beach. The venue was the Jonathan Beach Club. The first evening included dinner and cocktails and lots of sun. Other activities throughout the week included an off-site night at Dave and Busters and a catered lunch and cocktail party at the headquarters. The managers also took part in enjoyed training sessions, breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.

Throughout all of the trials of figuring out the behind the scene details from transportation to insurance, Ashley did an overall amazing job… and most importantly of all, the client was happy!
